Charlotte Marsh Chief Creative

After getting her degree from Philadelphia’s prestigious University of the Arts, Charlotte Marsh gained recognition as a talented graphic designer before relocating to Southern California and co-founding Serling/Marsh, a creative design shop.

During that time she led her creative team in providing collateral, promotional, point of purchase, merchandising and packaging solutions for companies such as Yamaha Electronics, Eastman Kodak, Bushnell Optical and Bridgestone Tires.

In 1990 Ms. Marsh founded AdMarsh and expanded the capabilities of the firm to that of a full service marketing and advertising agency. Clients have included: Southern California Cingular Wireless, and University of California at Irvine, Graduate School of Management.

Marsh’s unique ability to apply her creative talent and strategic marketing techniques across multiple channels is a huge asset to the agency. “In my role as lead creative, I find the process of developing a marketable solution extremely rewarding.”

In addition to a hands-on creative director, art director and multidisciplinary designer Ms. Marsh embraces the role of Account Manager. “Being able to communicate directly with a client enables me to add an important dimension to the strategic development process that is often lost when processed through agency channels.”

Whether creating traditional advertising, branding or internet solutions, Marsh enjoys the hands-on approach. “I’ve always enjoyed the challenge of the creative process. It’s the artist in me.”

Ms. Marsh has won numerous awards including the international Clio Award, the highest honor in the advertisings industry. In addition, one of her designs is published in the academic textbook entitled Contemporary Advertising, by Bovee/Arens.
